That's hard to "beet"! For being there for only a couple of weeks I'd say that you're on the way to being 4th Grade Teacher of the Year....take the compliment. Take it!

BTW: Do you do any cooking with your kids. . . like Western cooking to help acquaint them with the US culture? Here's an easy one: Refrigerator biscuits or English muffins. Pizza sauce. Meat topping. Cheese. Place in oven until cheese melts. Kids love it. Plus, they'll love you!
