Hey, DeanO! here, I just finished a ten day Detox fast in Thailand. I lost 30 pounds, my eye sight improved and changed color. They fixed my back so I don't slouch any more. I have to eat my veggies for a couple of weeks, that sucks. Its really cool. I wish you could see me. This is something real good, Big hugs!
